Product Introduction
The flat gate valve produced by the company is divided into two types: rising stem gate valve and concealed stem gate valve. Flat gate valves are widely used in choke and kill manifolds, Christmas tree and other oil production equipment. The main function of flat valves is to control the disconnection and connection of pipelines and other equipment.
◆ The flat gate valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve plate, valve seat, valve stem, hand wheel, etc.
◆ Metal seal is used between the valve body and valve seat.
◆ The sealing surface of the valve plate and valve seat is spray-welded with hard alloy to ensure good wear and corrosion resistance.
◆ Before leaving the factory, the valves has been subjected to hydrostatic pressure strength test and sealing test in accordance with API 6A standards in order to ensure their reliability and safety.
