Introduction:DYJ45/14F type pressure operating machine is an auxiliary structure, which can meet the needs of oil and water wells under pressure construction within 14MPa. The whole equipment consists of wellhead host, power unit and accessories. The power device is of box skid-mounted structure, which provides hydraulic power for wellhead operation and can remotely control the switch of safety three-ram BOP. The host device is of integral frame type combined structure, equipped with upper platform console to control the host device except the safety ram BOP.
The main engine part is respectively equipped with: safety three-ram blowout preventer, single-ram blowout preventer, balanced pressure relief system, annular blowout preventer, fixed universal slip and swimming universal slip. When the well pressure is low, the annular blowout preventer is used to seal the pipe string to pass through the coupling. When the well pressure is high, the single-ram blowout preventer box annular blowout preventer is used to cooperate with the introduction/export coupling.
