Introduction:TH400K pressure operating machine/hydraulic workover rig has been sold to Shell Gabon Division, and the whole set of equipment has been highly recognized by Shell experts and French third parties. The company sent technical personnel to Gabon for technical training. The two sides have maintained good cooperation so far.
Features:
► TH400K equipment is a skid-mounted frame structure, which can be lifted and installed by a single crane.
► Annular BOP is installed inside the frame, and working ram BOP, balanced pressure relief system and safety BOP are all placed outside the frame, which can be configured according to the operating well conditions.
The equipment is equipped with full-diameter slips (11 "), which allows the pipe string to pass through without pushing slips during lifting and unloading, making the operation more convenient and efficient;
When the operation well is in the well killing state, the equipment is used as a hydraulic workover rig, which can provide 180T of upper lifting force and 16000NM of torque. After installing the working window, the tool string below 14.5 "can be started;
► When the operation well is under pressure, the working BOP stack and safety BOP stack installed outside the equipment frame can be used as the working machine under pressure, and the pipe string and tools can be pressed down, and the milling operation can be carried out;
► The power unit is equipped with a standby electric pump system. When the engine fails, the accumulator system can be charged to realize the operation of the safety BOP; the upper platform console and the power source can realize the on-off control of the safety BOP and the killing valve; it meets the requirements of API16D standard standby pump system and remote control.
